An email sent from Bohan on Saturday July 12, 2025 containing the agenda for the 7/17 HOA Board Meeting included two new policy documents for your information and review. These are the Penalty Policy that addresses how violations of HOA rules and governing documents will be enforced through fines, and a new policy regarding personal items and Pine Terrace common areas. The Board welcomes your comments on both policies over the next 28 days, ending on 8/11/2025. The Board will consider all comments and revise the policies if warranted, and will vote on inclusion of these as official HOA policies during its scheduled August meeting.
